Huisje in Gent te huur april-mei-juni

Let me describe the house: there is about 75 m2 living space, it has 3 floors and a small but sunny terrace. It is in an alley without traffic in Rabot neighbourhood 5 minutes cycling from the historic city center (Korenmarkt).

At the ground floor you find the living room (coach, table, also has a piano) and is really quiet as the street has no traffic. In springtime I often sit outside in front of the house, in the morning there is sun at that side. Downstairs you also find a bathroom with sink, toilet, large shower and washing machine in the back. There is also a dry basement where you could store some things.  At the first floor, there is the open living kitchen with lots of natural light and a sunny terrace with some plants. At the second floor, you can find the sleeping room that has a sofa with two large velux windows under the roof. The double bed is on a mezzanine under the window.

My house has been recently renovated, isolated and equiped with a heat pump (no gas boiler) and new shower for all’s comfort.

The ground and 1th floors are 6m x 4m, sleeping room is 4x4m and i find it a cosy house with a good vibe to find a home after work. The neighbourhood is a vivid mix with lots of nationalities like Turkish, Eastern Europeans and African. The alleystreet is  quiet though it's close to the city center. There are many shops close by (Aldi, Turkish grocery/bakery/butcher/tearoom) and public transport hub Rabot is 2 minutes walking distance. The main Sint Pieter station is about 15 minutes cycling or by bus T4.
